Refund policy

We accept returns or exchanges only if items arrive damaged. If your item was damaged by the shipping carrier, you must file a damage claim directly with the carrier. All other purchases are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

For all international orders outside of the U.S., all sales are final — no returns or exchanges will be accepted.

To report a damaged item, please contact us at brandon@allpurposebranding.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Vic Mensa Store, 1441 Boyd Street, Los Angeles, CA 90033. Items sent back to us without first contacting us will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If the damage occurred in transit, you must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

All purchases are final sale unless the item arrives damaged. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than damage in transit or defect upon arrival.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your damaged return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
