Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

International Shipping
We do offer international shipping. Shipping costs and delivery time will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please be aware that:
Customs, duties, and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We ship all international orders DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number(s).
The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided is accurate.
If you realize the shipping address was entered incorrectly, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order at brandon@allpurposebranding.com.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
We are not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team to file a claim.
